Mayo Dressing Idea

Although it is winter and we are not really keen on eating salads and things like Chicken Mayo or Tuna Mayo I thought it would be a good idea to show you what I do when I do feel like having something with a Mayo dressing.

You will need:

100ml Gero Fat Free Plain Yogurt

1 stick of sweetener

5g Regular Mayo (Any brand will do. I use Crosse & Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise)

All you do is mix all of that together and you have a delicious dressing without the loaded calories from a full fat Mayonnaise. The 5g of regular Mayo gives the Yogurt a Mayo-like taste and the sweetener rounds it off nicely.

You can add pinch of salt but if you Chicken, Tuna or the Salad is seasoned you don’t have to.

I have heated my Chicken and Rice a bit and then added the dressing to make a Chicken, Rice and Mayo dish. It was really very good.

Macros of the Dressing :

You can ask Mubeen Bassa who saw me eati that at the Shameen Classic…

He was like: “Oeee, Mayo, hey”, and I was like: “Well… no, not reeeealy” 🙂
